Origin: The House of Almohar traces its origins to a noble warrior who served the Almoravid dynasty during their conquest of Andalucía.

Founded in 1050 by Lord Iñigo de Almohar, the family quickly rose to prominence due to their military prowess and loyalty to the Moorish rulers of the region. They were instrumental in the defense of Aznalcázar against Christian invaders, earning the favor of the local emir.
